The Southwestern Outer Drive Neighborhood Association is asking for your support. We are planning our annual Track or Treat event on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Penn Vassar Park in Dearborn. Set up: after 2:30 pm. The event will take place from 4:00 pm -6:00 pm. This is a community event that is free and open to the public.
