The Ambassadors Committee is a group of members who volunteer their time to serve as Chamber representatives.

As informed Chamber representatives, the Ambassadors serve as the entity of the Chamber that focuses on the Chamber membership – the backbone of the organization.  The Ambassadors’ purpose is to assist in increasing the membership of the Chamber throughout the year by recruiting new members and spreading good will among existing membership.  Ambassadors act as a public-relations arm of the Chamber by attending various functions including ribbon cuttings, grand openings, fundraisers and community events.  Ambassadors provide greater visibility for the Chamber, i.e., more people telling the Chamber story!

Ambassadors gain experience and knowledge of how the Chamber functions and are prepared to assume other leadership roles in the Chamber.  They also have the opportunity to be awarded “Ambassador of the Year!”

Michael Magnone, Melaluca, The Wellness Company

Happy Spring Everybody!

For the last 21 years my Wife and I have been partnered with Melaleuca the Wellness Company.  As Marketing Directors for Melaleuca we share the information about our company with others. It’s as simple as that. We help and direct others to a healthier lifestyle. Starting with removing the everyday toxic products they’re purchasing and using in their homes. By doing this allergies, asthma, dry skin and many other health issues start to subside. You see Melaleuca is a US Green Manufacturer. They manufacture nearly 500 everyday products…Nutritional Supplements, Weight loss, Coffee, a Medicine cabinet including essential oils, home cleaning and much more.  We’re a shopping club. You just switch stores and shop for healthier safer products you’re already using. Save money and time because they’re delivered right to your door.

Not only is Melaleuca the number one online health store in North America they are also a world leading referral company.  We have over a million people who shop with us every month. We also help thousands to get out of debt by offering a reliable residual income. What are your plans for getting out of debt?  Most of us don’t plan to fail, we just fail to plan! Let’s get together and I’ll show what we have to offer I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Mary Gardai,  Aflac

There are several reasons why employers should seriously consider offering Aflac voluntary options to their employees:

*Aflac can help provide employees financial safety nets that keep their minds on their jobs and not on money concerns.

*Aflac pays cash benefits workers can use to help pay unexpected health care costs or to help pay bills that threaten their financial security.

*Employees who are offered and enrolled in voluntary insurance policies, report increased job satisfaction and believe they are more financially prepared to cope with unexpected out-of-pocket medical expenses.

*As a payroll deduction, it is offered at no added expense to the company.
