Dearborn, MI – The Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to support local families this holiday season with the distribution of 250 turkeys to pre-registered residents of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights. The giveaway, taking place on Saturday, November 22, reflects the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to community well-being and ensuring families can enjoy a festive and meaningful holiday meal together.
The turkeys were generously provided by Al Sayed Meat Market, with additional financial and logistical support from numerous partners. Contributions came from Chamber board members Hype Athletics, Servpro of Dearborn & Dearborn Heights, Morse Moving and Storage, and Mahmoud Maki; Chamber members Meemic – Salami Agency, Village Ford, Les Stanford Chevrolet, A to Z Heating & Cooling, Empire Realty Group, Westborn Car Wash, The Henry – Autograph Collection, Liberty Tax, and Joseph Presents; and community partners Dearborn Goodfellows and State Representative Erin Byrnes.
The Chamber extends sincere appreciation to all who contributed to the effort, demonstrating the strength of the community when businesses, leaders, and organizations come together.
Chamber President Kelli Vanden Bosch expressed her excitement as families prepare for the holiday season and the coming new year. “We are thrilled to bring this initiative to our community,” Vanden Bosch said. “The holidays are a time for coming together, giving, and supporting one another.
