HFC’s 5101 International Buffets

Fifty-One O One, Henry Ford College’s student-run restaurant announces the 2016 International Buffet lunch schedule:

• Thursday, May 26: “Mediterranean Cuisine” – The restaurant will serve cuisine from Italy, Malta and southern France. Entrees include roasted salmon, Moroccan chicken and a pasta station.
• Thursday, June 2: “Hawaiian Island Luau” – The restaurant will host a hog roast.
• Thursday, June 9: “Spanish New World” – The restaurant will serve cuisine of the Americas and the Caribbean. Entrees include shrimp ceviche, bronzed tilapia and carnitas.
• Thursday, June 16: “European Flavors” – The restaurant will serve cuisine from Scandinavia, central and eastern Europe. Entrees include Swiss spätzle and carved round of beef.
• Thursday, June 23: “International Brunch” – The restaurant will serve carved Dearborn ham, corned beef hash and eggs cooked to order.

All international lunch buffets include soup, salad bar, a beverage and assorted desserts. Seating is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost for each buffet is $12.95 per person or $59.95 for all five buffets. Reservations are requested.
