The aesthetic blueprint behind Pine Coast Cafe wasn’t drafted in an executive board room. Instead, we found inspiration while walking the sugar-sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Ultimately, our brand didn’t come from a sophisticated design firm, but from intimate conversations had while touring Mackinac Island on a horse-drawn carriage. Rather than have our menu offer ground-breaking new concepts, we opted to develop an approach that would allow us to produce beautiful food, every time. This precision cooking method, once only found at high-end restaurants, will be used to prepare our gourmet sandwiches, salads, and soups. Our coffee and drinks will be freshly prepared by highly trained baristas on a quest for greatness.
